So happy to have revisited Sedona, AZ! When I lived there years ago painting, hiking, and rocking one tiny baby there were a lot of things I didn't do like touristy guilty pleasures! It was so much fun to rough it on a Pink Jeep Tour. I remember hiking and praying along some of the trails we visited in the Jeep, but it was a little different at 45 degree angles on Broken Arrow for sure. Enjoyed the sunset with some hummingbirds at Sky Ranch Lodge, and swimming at Slide Rock State Park. Such an beautiful and awe inspiring place. Lastly we got our stamp at Tuzigoot NM, and drove onward through the mountains to former copper mine community turned ghost haunted artists commune of Jerome, AZ
Tuzigoot had one of the best Jr Ranger booklets we saw, and a fantastic 15th Anniversary stamp. It is a lot smaller than Mesa Verde but with a story as full of life and rich with history. Wonderful pottery and museum.
